This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) defines the primary rules and conditions for the processing of personal data, which apply to: visitors of the websites www.securityservice.lt, www.securityshop.lt, www.dealer1.eu (hereinafter – Websites); customers and (or) potential customers of UAB "Dealer1" (hereinafter – Dealer1); individuals who have actively engaged with Dealer1 social media accounts; individuals who have agreed to receive marketing materials from Dealer1; candidates (hereinafter – Customers).

WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?
Personal data is any information about a Customer collected by Dealer1 that can be used to identify the Customer's identity and is stored electronically or otherwise. Personal data includes any information such as the Customer's name, surname, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, vehicle registration number, payment details, service usage date and duration, price, which Dealer1 collects about Customers for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy or a separate Customer consent or agreement with Dealer1. These data also include the Customer's publicly available personal information, which Dealer1 may become aware of when the Customer contacts Dealer1 through social media or performs active actions on social media accounts.
HOW DEALER1 COLLECTS AND USES CUSTOMER PERSONAL DATA
Dealer1 requires personal data from Customers, which may be collected in the ways described below. In this Privacy Policy, we outline what to expect when Dealer1 collects personal data about:
- individuals who use Dealer1 services or purchase products distributed by Dealer1;
- individuals who consent to receive marketing materials from Dealer1;
- individuals who have contacted Dealer1;
- Website visitors;

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED WHEN PROVIDING SERVICES OR SELLING PRODUCTS
For the purpose of selling products or providing services, entering into and fulfilling agreements, we will process the following personal data: name, surname, date of birth, residence (address), phone number, email address, order date, delivery date, service provision date, product or service description, buyer's VAT number, payment method and amount, payment date, VAT invoice data (these data are mandatory for the purpose of concluding and performing agreements).
Personal data for this purpose will be processed for the following periods: 10 years after the agreement is concluded for data confirming the agreement and information related to the agreement, and for documents confirming financial transactions; 5 years for other information. These data are processed based on the agreement between you and Dealer1.
If you do not fulfill your payment obligations on time, we will process the following data to manage your debt: name, surname, debt information, payment dates, late fees. These data will be processed based on the agreement and are necessary to properly fulfill it. Your personal data will be retained for 3 years after the debt is fully paid off. The processing period may be extended if necessary to defend our rights in case of disputes.
DIRECT MARKETING
Direct marketing is conducted towards individuals who are at least 16 years old and have given their consent.
For individuals who have provided their contact details and expressed an interest in receiving information about Dealer1's products and/or services, we will send offers, newsletters, and other promotional materials regarding Dealer1 services or products via electronic means, inquire about the services provided, announce Dealer1 news, and service provision arrangements. For direct marketing purposes, Dealer1 will process the following personal data: name, surname, phone number, email address, date of birth (mandatory data, without which we cannot send you direct marketing messages).
Your data will be used for direct marketing purposes for 2 years after consent is given, after which it will be deleted.
